GUEST INFORMATION
Check Out Information/Procedures: Check out time is scheduled for 10AM on the day of your departure. If you need to check out at a later time please contact Guest Services to make arrangements. Please keep in mind that guests staying later than 2PM may be subject to charges equal to one half day's rental. Please make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked prior to leaving the property. Any keys, permits, or garage door openers must be left in the unit or returned to the front desk on the day of departure or be subject to replacement costs. Guest Damages: If the property is damaged in any way during your stay; such as carpet stains, broken furniture, or stolen electronics your party will be responsible for the repair or replacement of those items or damages. If there are damages that already exist prior to your stay, please report these items to Guest Services within 24 hours after arrival. Housekeeping Information: Telluride Alpine Lodging provides a complimentary mid-week housekeeping service automatically on stays of 5 to 9 nights. This mid-week service consists of towel and linen change, garbage removal, replenishment of paper products and vacuuming. Stays of 4 nights or less do not automatically receive service unless requested. Additional requested services may be subject to housekeeping fees of no less than $30/hour with 1 hour of minimum service. Please let Guest Services know of your wishes. **If you have brought your own towels or linens, please contact Guest Services to see when your housekeeping service is scheduled so that you may put your own towels, sheets, pillows, or blankets away so that housekeeping does not have them laundered by mistake. Lost & Found: Items left behind in units will be held for 7 days. Guests will bear the cost of shipping/postage for the return of items found. Telluride Alpine Lodging will not be responsible for reimbursement of any lost or stolen items. Mail & Faxes: We offer both send and receiving of faxes from our office during regular business hours. This service is free. If you receive a fax or mail our Guest Services staff will attempt to contact you in your unit. If you know that you will be receiving faxes or mail, please contact our office periodically to inquire. Posted, outgoing mail may be left at our front desk to be sent. Maintenance Information: To report or request maintenance service, please contact Guest Services. Items are taken care of on a priority basis, but can often be looked at quickly. Please refer to the unit specific information to troubleshoot minor problems. If there is an after hours emergency, please contact the emergency number listed for Telluride Alpine Lodging. Policies: All Telluride Alpine Lodging properties do not allow smoking. Pets are only allowed in specifically designated properties at a varying pet fee (most pet-friendly accommodations have a $30/night non-refundable pet fee). At check-in, your signature on our arrival card admits knowledge of these policies. Any violation of these policies will result in significant charges. Real Estate Showings: The hotel room, condominium, or home that you have rented is privately owned and may be listed for sale. If so, there is a possibility that our Guest Service staff will call you to request a convenient time for a showing during your stay. We appreciate your cooperation. Wireless Access: Most of Telluride Alpine Lodging's properties offer complimentary wireless or high-speed Internet access. This will be posted in the property's description if available. Free public Internet access is offered throughout Telluride at the Telluride Public Library and a few cafes on Telluride's Main Street. LOCAL TRANSPORTATION/PARKING INFORMATION
Free Gondola: The towns of Mountain Village and Telluride are connected by a free, 13-minute ride that runs daily from 7AM to midnight (12PM). There are handicap and pet cars available for riders. Off season hours and dates will vary, please contact 970-728-0588 for more information. Galloping Goose: This is a free, daily shuttle service from 7AM to midnight for the town of Telluride with service down valley and Lawson Hill. There are various stops along the 20-minute loop and schedules can be found on the busses or at designated stops. Please call 970-728-5700 for more information. Free Parking in Telluride: There are two lots with free public parking. The Carhenge lot is located on W. Pacific at the base of Chair 7; there is no overnight parking at this lot. The second lot is located at the south end of Mahoney Drive. Please check all posted signs in both lots for snow removal and overnight schedules. Parking in Mountain Village: The Gondola Parking/Visitor Parking lot by the Mountain Village Market and Town Hall has overnight parking available at a fee of $20/night per parking spot. RV/Bus Parking: There is a daytime lot located at the south end of Mahoney Drive. Dial-A-Ride: This is a free service to Mountain Village guests and residents for transportation only within Mountain Village. This service runs from 7AM to 12:30AM daily. Please contact 970-728-8888 for more information or to arrange a pick up. Metered/Permit Parking: Both Telluride and Mountain Village have several streets and areas that are designated permit or metered parking only. Please read all parking signs carefully because parking restrictions do vary. Please contact the Telluride Marshall's office at 970-728-3818 or the Town of Mountain Village at 970-728-8000. Telluride Alpine Lodging will provide the necessary permit for street or complex parking if you unit is located in a designated area. Only one permit per reservation will be given. Telluride Alpine Lodging is not responsible for towing/ticketing expenses.
