CHECK-IN                                                                  
GUEST RECEPTION is at the ALPINE LODGING office at 210 SOUTH OAK. You will
take a right on S ASPEN, take your next left on PACIFIC & your next right
on S OAK. This location is an historic, sage colored house, 2nd on the lft
from the SE corner of Pacific and South Oak. Check-in times are between   
4:00PM and 8:00PM.  MOST properties will be ready by 4:00PM. However,     
if we have a departure from the unit the same day of your arrival, check-
in can be DELAYED.  For check-ins after office hours, we will place an    
envelope with the last name of the reservation on our front door.  If you
are to arrive after 8:00PM please call our office to confirm instructions.
The envelope will contain a map, with directions to your vacation rental,
and keys.  If upon arrival there are any problems or emergencies, please  
contact our office at 728-3388 for the number of the Manager on Duty.     

CHECK OUT                                                             
Check-out time is 10AM. Any late check-outs are subject to a charge equal
to 1/2 of the nightly rate for that unit.                                 

POLICIES                                                              
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our units.  Please don't ask!  Any
violation of this policy will result in a minimum charge of $250.  All of
our units are strictly non-smoking.  Violation will also result in a      
minimum charge of $250 for additional cleaning.                           

HOUSEKEEPING   
                                                       
Unless otherwise arranged, each stay of 5 to 9 nights is entitled to a    
midweek cleaning consisting of towel change, garbage removal, vacuuming   
and dusting.  A change of towels may be requested during your stay for an
additional fee.   Additional daily housekeeping may be arranged for $40   
per hour.  Please let us know of your wishes.                             
                                                                          
 CANCELLATION POLICY - WINTER AND SUMMER FESTIVALS                        
25% of guest's total reservation is due at time of booking. The remaining
balance will automatically be taken 60 days prior to arrival. If guest    
is outside 60 days prior to arrival, guest has 48 hours to cancel with no
penalty. After the 48 hour window, if guest cancels, guest will incur a   
cancellation fee of $100 per bedroom.                                     
Inside 60 days all payments are due and will be forfeited unless rebooked.
                                                                          
 CANCELLATION POLICY - SUMMER SEASON

is outside 30 days prior to arrival, guest has 48 hours to cancel with no
